Meet Joanne Shu

I’m excited to share my journey as a nutritionist and certified PT, dedicated to empowering women over 50.

Growing up in a wealthy neighbourhood, I often felt shy, awkward, and out of place. Sports became my refuge, boosting my confidence and sparking a lifelong passion for staying active.

My interest in nutrition developed from wanting to feel my best. In a previous life as a research biologist with a background in chemistry and biology, I discovered that real transformation comes from making healthy lifestyle choices and cultivating a positive mindset.

There’s a common belief that ageing automatically leads to weight gain, but I’m living proof that it doesn’t have to be that way. Together, we’ll create a plan to defy that stereotype and embrace a healthier, stronger version of yourself.

As a woman over 50, I understand the unique challenges we face, but we are vibrant and deserving of all that life has to offer.

Together, we can start building from within and rewrite the script for our lives.
